Feminine and sharp. Lively and urban.
Piazza Sempione Spring-Summer 2018 collection blends juxtaposed forces into a chic, rational wardrobe infused with a high-dose of easy elegance. Breezy days at the beach and sailboat rides through crystal blue waters inspired the charming color palette of fresh, delicate tones, - including white juxtaposed to pink and aqua green, - as well as the array of striped motifs peppermint the lineup.
At the same time, Piazza Sempione creative team looked at the art works of cubist painter Georges Braque and Josef Albers, which served as major reference for the graphic approach infused in the collection. Geometric lines and cuts define a polished sophistication, exalted by the sartorial constructions and the refined details. Injected with tailoring sensibility, the collection conveys a sense of timeless femininity.
Impeccable shirts, crafted from different fabrics, including crisp cotton and fluid silk splashed with an abstract artsy print, are tucked into high-wasted pants or matched with sartorial shorts.
Elegant uniforms for dynamic contemporary women, the suits, available in unconventional striped variations, as well as chic solid options and graphic fil coupe styles, are cut in relaxed, slightly loose silhouettes. Linen-cotton knitted polo shirts, twin sets and crewneck styles, all revealing charming melange, degrade effects, are matched with sharp cut wide-legged cropped pants embellished with contrasting stitching, as well as stripped shorts.
Adding a quintessential feminine role, elegant pleats inject movement into the A-line dresses and skirts crafted from shirting fabrics.
