New York Fashion Week ended its Spring/Summer 2027 season on September 15 after six days of runway shows, presentations and events across the city. On the official final day of the calendar, Nina Dobrev stepped out in a monochromatic look that made a compelling case for letting one exceptional accessory carry the entire jewelry story.
That accessory was Piaget’s Treasures Marquises High Jewelry Watch, reference G0A41252.
Images shared with PMG show Dobrev pairing the timepiece with a sculptural white asymmetric top, fluid black bottoms, black heels, sunglasses and a structured black bag. Against that restrained palette, the diamonds surrounding the watch’s black dial become difficult to miss.
A Watch Designed Like High Jewelry
The watch occupies the point where Piaget’s watchmaking and jewelry traditions meet.
Its 31mm white-gold case is surrounded by 24 marquise-cut diamonds, individually positioned around the black dial in a wreath-like arrangement. Piaget pairs the case with a black satin strap and diamond-set buckle.
Piaget’s watch catalogue lists those 24 marquise-cut diamonds at approximately 3.84 carats, with an additional 13 brilliant-cut diamonds on the white-gold buckle.
But there is considerable watchmaking underneath the stones.
At its center is Piaget’s manufacture 430P, an ultra-thin hand-wound mechanical movement measuring only 2.1mm thick. The 131-component caliber offers an approximately 43-hour power reserve—another example of the ultra-thin engineering that has been central to Piaget’s identity for decades.
Why the Styling Works
For PMG, the more interesting part of Dobrev’s appearance is the restraint.
A high-jewelry watch this elaborate could easily compete with an equally elaborate outfit. Instead, the black dial, black satin strap and white diamonds extend the same visual language as her clothing.
There is no competing necklace, oversized jewelry stack or complicated color story. The watch becomes both timepiece and bracelet.

Dobrev’s Fashion Week appearance puts that heritage into a contemporary styling context.
